However, in order to improve the effectiveness of such internships and facilitate skill development, it is important to make prior preparation and establish a post reviewing process. Information and communications technology (ICT) is being used to support our sports internships. We divided our undergraduate education program, which consists of theory and practice components, into "Theory", "Practice", and "Internship" stages and adapted ICT according to the characteristics of each stage. This program is designed as a general and practical sports instructor education program that can be widely referred to and employed in such on-site education programs as sports internships. Consequently, the program includes not only e-learning contents but also internship database and on-line logbook services.
