 note = {application/pdf, 本論文では、チベット高原北部に位置する「フフシル」（Hoh Xil、可可西里）における世界遺産の商品化に伴う環境破壊（廃棄物の不法投棄およびそれによる複合汚染など）について、文献調査を通してその現状を明らかにし、その後の展望の提示を試みた。フフシルは世界遺産に登録されて以来、観光活動で広範囲にわたる人的な移動によって廃棄物の不法投棄問題が顕著になりつつある。何らかの環境対策が施されない限り、フフシルは世界自然遺産としての価値を喪失するのみならず、更なる地域的な複合汚染を引き起こすことが懸念され、これは地域住民の不安を募らせる主たる要因となりうる。したがって、本論文の後半部では、「立法・監督・奨励・宣伝教育・社会信用」の側面からのアプローチにより総合的・体系的に考察し、人々のあいだで自発的な環境保全の意識を育むことが重要である旨を示した。, This paper analyzed the environmental pollution （Tourists littering waste and the resulting compound pollution）caused by the commercial tourism development of The World Heritage "Hoh Xil" By means of a literature survey and puts forward a feasible plan. Since Hoh Xil was selected as a World Heritage Site, with the rapid development of regional tourism, the problem of illegal waste disposal by tourists has become increasingly prominent. If no environmental protection measures are taken, Hoh Xil will not only lose its value as a world heritage site, but also cause more regional ecological pollution,which is the main cause of unease among the local residents. to address this issue,we consider that we should develop people's environmental awareness from the aspects of legislation, supervision, reward, publicity and education., 本論文は「九州地区国立大学教育系・文系研究論文集」Vol.9, No.1(2022年/10月）に査読を経て受理された。},
